  Yes. All Beautiful Rootz Botanicals products are handmade on demand in small batches. Rather than mass-producing products that sit on shelves for extended periods, we prepare each order with care as it is received. This allows us to maintain freshness, quality, and intention throughout the process. Please allow additional processing time before shipment.

• Why are products made on demand?

  Making products on demand helps us maintain quality, reduce waste, and provide customers with freshly prepared herbal products. Every bottle is made with intention — not sitting on a warehouse shelf.

• What are tinctures?

  Tinctures are concentrated herbal extracts traditionally prepared using alcohol to extract and preserve the beneficial constituents of plants.

• How do I use a tincture?

Orders & Shipping

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Because our products are handmade on demand, please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location and carrier. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped.

• Where do you ship?

  We currently ship within the United States. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.

• Do you offer free shipping?

  Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically. Current shipping rates and any active promotions will be displayed during checkout.

• What if my package arrives damaged?

  Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the damaged package and product so we can assist you.

• What if my package is lost or delayed?

  Once a package has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Returns & Cancellations

• Do you accept returns or exchanges?

  Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

• Can I cancel my order?

  Orders may be canceled before production or shipment begins. Once an order has been prepared or shipped, cancellations may not be available.
