What I Teach

At Beautiful Rootz Botanicals, I share traditional herbal knowledge through an ancestral centered lens. My goal is to help people build respectful relationships with plants not just use herbs as products.

Topics include:

• Herbal foundations for beginners
• Building relationships with medicinal plants
• Traditional herbal preparations, including teas, tinctures, oils, and syrups
• Ethical wildcrafting and sustainable harvesting
• Plant identification and seasonal herbalism
• The history and traditions of herbal practice
• Spiritual connection with nature, ancestors, and the land
• Creating simple home herbal practices with confidence

As Beautiful Rootz Botanicals grows, I will also offer workshops, educational resources, and guided learning experiences rooted in respect for the plants, tradition, and community.

My approach blends traditional herbalism, ancestral wisdom, and a deep respect for the spirit of the plants while encouraging students to develop their own relationship with nature.

My Teaching Approach

I teach from study, practice, observation, and respect for the plants.

Beautiful Rootz herbal education is for beginners who want to build a grounded relationship with herbs, nature, and ancestral plant traditions.

My goal is not to overwhelm you with information, but to help you slow down, notice the plants, learn safely, and develop confidence over time.
